Hagley Golf Club is an ideal venue for your next event, whether it be for business or pleasure, lively conversations, creative ideas, learning new skills, closing deals, exciting celebrations or working without interruption. Our superior Suites and meeting rooms can accommodate your every requirement.

We have two dedicated Suites for hosting civil ceremonies, wedding receptions, celebrations of life, conferences and private parties. We have an in house catering team, that have created a range of menus, using local, highest quality, seasonal produce

Celebration of life menu

The Hawthorn Suite with views to the golf course, provides a terrace with seating area, separate dining area and bar, main bar and dance floor and can accommodate up to 110 people.

We are licensed to carry out civil ceremonies in the Bluebell Suite, with a maximum of 60 people to include 2 Registrars, the Bride, Groom and their  guests. This Suite can also be arranged as a training and presentation facility and is ideal for small networking groups.

The Churchill meeting room, for up to 16 people is ideal for board / off-site meetings or training sessions. All our function rooms have natural daylight, free Wi-Fi and provide facilities for projector screens if required.

Refreshments and dining options can all be arranged to suit your tastes and budget. Details including room dressing and layout are arranged according to your specifications. Our team of professional event managers are on hand to ensure everything goes to plan both on the day and during the planning process!
