Celebrate Christmas with the Core Band, a high-energy three-piece band delivering seamless, extended medleys of iconic hits.
Three-course menu
Starters
Butternut squash and sage soup, toasted pumpkin seeds with parsley oil (VG, GFA)
Ham hock terrine, pickled golden beetroot, beetroot puree and straw potatoes (GF)
Smoked mackerel, avocado and lime puree, pickled cucumber and coriander (GF)
Main Course
Roast Norfolk turkey crown, roast potatoes, roast carrots and parsnips, seared sprouts, pig in blanket,
smoked bacon stuffing, roast turkey and thyme jus (GFA)
Pan seared fillet of seabass, potato, sweetcorn and mussel chowder, crispy kale (GF)
Chargrilled salt baked celeriac steak, garlic wild mushrooms, confit shallots, peppercorn sauce, watercress (GF, VG)
Desserts
Christmas pudding, brandy sauce, spiced plum compote (V)
Chocolate and salted caramel tart, vanilla ice cream, honeycomb (V)
