Hagley GC membership suspension
You may be able to suspend your membership due to serious ill health upon production of a Doctors letter, or similar, stating that you are unfit to play golf.
- If you have been a member for longer than 3 months
- Suspend for a minimum of 2 months and a maximum of 9 months
- The value of the period of suspension will be deducted from the following membership year’s subscription invoice. This is only applicable in the first instance.
If you have been made redundant during your membership period and can provide written proof from your former employer, you can apply to suspend your membership.
Upon death or a debilitating medical condition, your contractual obligations are terminated. We will refund your fees from the 1st of the month following written notification.
