Competitions News – 25th April 2023

Members,

Congratulations to Pete Bowen for winning the R&H trophy last weekend with an impressively normal (in this day and age) 42 points. Well done also to George Whitehouse and James Fradgley for winning their respective divisions.

I’ve had a few people ask me about winnings for recent competitions that we’ve held up the club. As we have all heard, there are several changes taking place at the club with regards to the retail side of things. Please be assured that all winnings have been figured out and money will be applied to accounts in the next week or so.

The top 31 pairings from this weekends Roes Bowl Qualifying competition go through to the knockout rounds for 2023. I will perform the draw this week and notify all of the teams who have got through. Congratulations also go to Ian Chambers for making a hole in one on the 12th!

We still have a couple of spaces left for the Clent Hills Knockout competition 2023. If you and a partner want to enter our alternate shot competition, please go to the knockouts section on ClubV1 and enter your pairing. The draw for this will also be taking place this week
