Course Update
This week’s update is a brief confirmation that the work on the greens has been successfully completed. Thank you for your patience during the times work was in progress. Also for your patience with the greens surfaces over the next week or so. They will recover quickly and be in good condition for the remainder of the season and into the autumn/winter.
As the gallery above illustrates there has been a lot done these past few days. Aeration work with solid tining was followed by top dressing with 100’s of KG of sand, all of which has been brushed into the surfaces to reduce organic matter growth and provide subsoil conditions for the over seeding with pure bent grass. To top this off the greens have been sprayed with fertiliser and well watered too. They will be running a little slower this weekend but will soon be back up to speed.
