Course Update
Please see below for a brief update regarding the ongoing refurbishment of the 14th hole fairway bunkers.
The original timeline for bringing these bunkers back into play has been delayed due to two issues discovered during work:
1. A blocked drain leading from the LHS bunker toward the 13th fairway.
2. Materials at the base of the RHS bunker that were preventing proper drainage, requiring additional remedial work.
Over the next few days, the team will line the bunkers. However, they will wait until the drainage is fully tested and verified before refilling them with sand. As a result, the bunkers will remain out of play in the short term, but the tees will be moved back to their normal position as soon as possible.
Additionally, the team is finalising plans for the 6th tee renovation next week. Once these plans are approved by the Greens Committee, we will share them with everyone ahead of work beginning by the end of the month.
